Postal Documents - Mr S.H. Nabawi has sent four documents
1- Picture Postcards: "The Persian Postal Administration has the honour to inform the public that illustrated postcards sent from one place to another in Persia, or from Persia abroad, will as from today no longer be subject to the special tax control of 2 chahis. Nonetheless illustrated postcards produced by private industry which are adjudged contrary to good manners or offensive to the customs of the country cannot, it must be understood, be accepted for carriage by the postal services. Any such cards found in suitcases or pillar boxes will be confiscated. Teheran, 30th June 1908."
2- "Postal transfers (fortnightly) between Baku and Enzeli
3- "The General Direction of Posts has the honour of informing the public that stamps of 6, 13 and 26 chahis and the postcards of 6 ch value in use on international services will be replaced as from 1 Aghrab/21 October next
Tehran, 31 July 1913/26 Chaban 1331, the Director General of Posts. C.Molitor".
